Bio

I grew up in Wimbledon and worked as a secretary in London and Rome after leaving school. I also worked as a model and actress before studying Osteopathy and qualifying 1984. I have two sons in their twenties, one in IT and the other a Doctor.

Our story

I was happy using manual osteopathic techniques for many years, until I developed spinal disc problems myself, which caused low back pain and sciatica and made it difficult to work. I then discovered a new technique called IDD Therapy, which is basically a machine developed in the US, which helps stretch and get the joints moving. I opened Spinex Disc Clinic about 3 years ago, to specialise in neck and back pain related to disc problems.

What we bring to the table

Our clinic consists of 2 osteopaths and a chiropractor and we are passionate about helping people who are in a lot of pain, and who don’t want to undergo potentially risky spinal surgery. We get an 80% success rate.
