Any pearls of wisdom for fellow entrepreneurs / Business Professionals?

Always communicate with your clients and prospects. Don’t pretend you can do something if you can’t, don’t promise a given deadline if you can’t respect it etc… even if it means potentially losing a lead. Your prospects / clients will be much more respectful of your business if you are straight with them.
