Short term let property management
Capital Places was set up in 2013 by myself and Seth Ward. The concept of short-term letting struck us when one of our housemates moved out of our house. We were able to rent the room out on a nightly basis for far more than we would have got from a conventional long-term tenancy agreement. From there the company grew to have properties in Birmingham, London & Paris. We were able to attract around £100K investment to grow the business. The company started off doing corporate sub-lets of properties, but it soon became apparent that that business model was untenable. The company pivoted, with the help of BNI, into property management and joint ventures with property owners, sellers & agents. The company is now steadily growing its portfolio of properties and working in conjunction with complimentary service providers to provide a 360 24/7 service to our guests and homeowners.
